荣誉学院

The 荣誉学院 is an academic unit offering classes and experiences designed to enrich students’ education. As members of this college, students participate in a core of small and powerful classes, taught by faculty selected for their expertise and devotion to academic excellence. The 荣誉学院 dean, 工作人员, and faculty work closely with each student to design a program of study that enhances the student's academic major and provides the best possible preparation for professional development and advanced study. Benefits of being an 荣誉 student are many, and include a dynamic classroom environment; a vibrant community of peers; supportive faculty mentors; interdisciplinary courses that feature exciting perspectives on world events, 文化, and history; high-powered experiential learning, including undergraduate research and internships; scholarly travel and field trips in the United States and abroad; special assistance with scholarships and job opportunities; priority registration; and honors housing.

荣誉学院 Application

Admission to the 荣誉学院 is based upon 学业成绩 和潜在的. There is not an application deadline, but interested students are encouraged to apply early, especially if they are interested in living in an 荣誉 residence hall. Applicants must be admitted to Indiana State University before they will be considered for 荣誉学院 admission.

Note: If you are an incoming freshman with a 3.7 or higher high school GPA and you indicated on your ISU application that you would like to be admitted to the 荣誉学院, you do not need to submit a separate 荣誉学院 application.

The 荣誉学院 student is studying to become a Physician Assistant and aspires to positively impact the health of mothers-to-be through a career in obstetrics/gynecology. 荣誉 Experience Spotlight​: 2023 Trip to Greece

Indiana State University students explored Greece as part of an 荣誉学院 course led by Marilyn Bisch, a senior instructor specializing in Latin and ancient Greek languages, 文学, 和文化. In addition to exploring the country, each student was tasked with completing a research project based on a site or topic explored during the trip, and then presented their findings at the conclusion of the course. 阅读更多
